92-95 manual Steering column and rack and pinnion fit in 99 EM1

so ive read alot, and seen first hand eg subframe in a EK (bolts just longer) also have cross referenced the part numbers on honda.
I understand all i would need is the steering coupler and manual...

So long story short I pulled apart the dash quite some time ago (not my first time) and shame on me I was certain I knew where everything went guess I was mistaken. Any help would be appreciated.

3 5/8" to 4 " vband exhaust housing

Just bought a new PTE and already have a 4" downpipe.
problem is the PTE exhaust housing is 3 5/8" all though the 2 mate up almost perfectly and clamp tightly together i relized they are still...
