I pass smog! Put 2 ISO heet in a little over half a tank and had the car on 3000RPM for 30-40 mins driving, even on stops lol.

Thanks for all the advice I believe it is timing here is why I can explain.
UPDATE: bad news so I changed my oil even tho my previous oil was less than 2k miles and I changed my spark plugs.

Hrmmm newb Question, So how do I check my ignition timing? do I need a light/timing gun or whatever...

I just filled my tank, I got 3/4 trying to get it to 1/2 so when it's time i'll put 2 iso...

hrmm I wouldn't know, i'll have to check on that too... I've been reading to put some iso HEET in the tank before going in and having the car run for 30mins. Maybe i'll switch out my spark plugs as...

No bung at all...I was thinking of maybe inside the Magnaflow cat but wouldn't that be obd2? I know 96 gsr are obd2 and normally have 2 sensors in the cat, correct me if im wrong...would it throw...

bump found out LS headers are the same as 00-01 GSR so if anyone have 94-01 LS headers let me know!!!

As long as if it got a o2 bung hole at the end of the header pipe I assume it would work, send me a pic if u get a chance.

96 gsr, 99 tranny, chipped p28 on gsr basemap. OBD1. Only mod is IM and 2.25 hi flo cat, everything is stock, headers and b pipe. Yes o2 is plugged... Ttt

Just got a high flow cat done and when I drive for a few minutes the CEL will turn on also I do notice it usually turns on asap when I'm on the freeway. I also smell carbon and my mpg is horrible......

Hrmmm noises seems to be loud near the dizzy area... I plan on doing a valve adjustment hopefully it would solve the problem.
