i wasnt able to find a write up other the swaping the the speed ring gear in the trans and drill the clutch side case to bolt in the orginal 02 rsx speed sensor. oh well its done now and works great....

ok so i installed the 06 and civic si trans. all i had to is install the k tuned speedo converter and swap the shifter mechanism off the 02 rsx and put it on the si trans. only 2 bolt holes line up...

have you tried driving the car? if not i would drive hard do a few wide open throttle pulls and then try doing the idle relearn. the iac most likely has cleaner still sitting in it.

thank you but i saw that thread im just wondering if i extend the wiring from the rsx harness long enough to the speed sensor on the si trans would it work.

07 and up civic si trans

just wondering if anyone has put an 07 and up civic si trans in a 02 rsx type s if so is there anything required part wise. so far i have the trans and the k tuned adjustable speed converter.

your dimmer switch for the gauge cluster is most likely turned all the down. turn the knob all the way to the right for full brightness

sounds like the radio may have an internal short in it. maybe its time for a replacement one or send that one out to get fixed

replacing the knuckle is the only way honda doesnt have replacement balljoints for these years yet. maybe availible aftermarket

has anyone replaced there ball joints on and 03-07 accord?? i was wondering can you use the balljoints that were used in the 94-02 accords? has anyone tried this?? i gotta do some on a customers car...

what i do is turn the key on, using a thottle depressor open the throttle fully. using an old tooth bush spay wd40 or rust penetrating spay spray the bristles of the brush and clean the throttle...

my guess is that your brake light switch above the brk pedal went bad. i would rec replacing it and the brk light and cruise should work normal again.
