burning antifreeze smell

99 honda civic dx automatic. sometimes when i drive it hard (like when I'm running late for work and driving more aggressively) i occasionally get the smell of burning antifreeze through the vent...

I'm moving 2 houses, I'm not gonna take the time to do magazine quality pics or clean it up. If you think you could do better by all means come on and out give it a wash off

Rattling sound

Have a 1999 honda civic DX with 130K miles.
Had a transmission rebuild and full motor mount replacement about 2 months ago, and a radiator replacement 4 months ago. No other major issues.

lol e85 makes a huge difference. no e85 dealers right near me and im using 91 oct which is the highest avialable in CA.

heard different things about hte greddy kit and what HP it makes, average ive seen with stock DP is 230-250 ish. either way a 3" will spool faster and make more HP than the stock 2 inch eblow and...

took it to a shop that specialized in exhaust systems. not real "honda guru fab shops" in my area, since i wanted to keep the drive less than 30 miles since my car isnt tuned yet.

600. still a little steep but if i can keep ac and reach my HP goals with a greddy turbo kit (airming for 350) then its money well spent.

gonna bring it up with them tomorrow. i mean it is a really tight fit in the engine bay and they did manage to do a 3" dp while being able to keep AC so i dont doubt it being a pain in the ass....

they had to cut, weld, and shape a pipe to fit a t28 flange.
so what can i do about it since i ddint get an estimate first? get a few other estimates from a few other shops and contact my credit...

had a shop custom make a down pipe for me, i provided the hardware (gaskets, piping, flanges). anyway they got it...

RC has an injector size calculator on their website, i'd use that.
b20's are already a pretty low compression vehicle so dont need to worry about that. ARP head studs never hurt and are pretty cheap...
