First time going boost and looking into some BOV. I've done some researched and HKS & Tial seems like the brand prefer, but I think I will get annoyed with the sound they give out quickly....

I have a Garrett T3 50 trim turbo and a SPA rep cast top mount manifold from ebay. The turbine port is too small. From the pic below, the Turbine width is 1/8" smaller and the Length is 1/4"...

Your distributor is not retard? You have correct heat range plugs? Correct fuel injectors rating for ur build? Correct fuel pressure? Correct tune for ur car? No missing injectors gaskets?

I doubt it's fuel coming out ur exhaust unless u talking about ur exhaust ports. If so ur plugs will be soaked in fuel.
