Hey guys. I have an '04 Accord EX I4. The panel for the radio barely shows any light. If I stick my face right in front of it I can just barely see the radio channels. Is this a fuse that went out?...

i have a 2003 accord ex v6
this sound started about 2 weeks ago
the mechanic thought it was the serpentine belt so i had it changed but its the same
it sounds like its coming from the passenger...
