Yup yup replace the cat. Listen I live in Cali too and have had enough smog test to last a lif time.LOL .Spend the money and get a new cat put on take it back for the smog n sit back and relax.LOL....

check to see if you have any compression in that cylinder.Make sure your plugs are good. Also check you wire to that cylinder.

Does any one know how t remove the rea bumper support on an 89 civic hb? Mines all rusted out and needs to be replaced. Dont know how to take it off.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

88-89 will work the others will not fit without some serious modifications

Theres really not much that you can do to get an si better fuel mileage. The problem with that is that the tranny revs so high so the motor uses more gas. You can swap out the tranny for a regular dx...
