13.07v before putting it in the car
13.03v after connecting it in the car
14.53v idling engine cold

Where would you buy an alternator from? They're well over $600 from honda. I don't trust remans, especially with how much of a pain in the ass it is to remove the alternator on hondas.

Now it's clicking. Sounds like the starter is getting power but not enough to crank the engine at all. If you hold the key forward it clicks like a machine gun. Voltage is just below 12 volts now.

It should be mentioned that back in august I tore out the alarm system which would randomly go off for no reason. This could have something to do with that.

I placed the positive prong on the post of the alternator and the negative to the engine block. However this was several months back when this car blew the fuse.

I've got another question in the meantime. I read that all the car's electronics run through the ELD circuit and that tells the computer how much power is being consumed and allows it to regulate...

Yes. Battery, oil, seatbelt and something else. But yeah the battery light stays on after the SRS light goes off.
