Under the cowl there is a rod that connects the wiper motor to the wiper arms. The rod has a plastic bushing that snaps onto a ball joint. This wears out and it pops off. You can put it back together...

I know the 90-91's had the fog lights built into the upper part of the bumper. Didn't look much like the typical foglights. Would fit our cars. I forget what the 92+ looked like.

You may be able to somehow mount it on the little pop out panels. Go to Chesterfield Auto Parts and look for an old Acura/Honda and you may find an OEM fog light swith for a few bucks.
