I'm sorry but 3500 is a good deal for a shop installed GSR swap. For an ITR he would be looking at 5k easy. They won't take it back cause he paid for a GSR swap end of story. At least he didn't get...

right now you're probably making a lot less hp than a stock b16a. GSR block with b16a head just alone will be barely more than a stock gsr. If you put a gsr head on a b16 block and still retain a gsr...

Is that a type o? probably ran a 15.1 or higher at RMR.
I ran 14.7@95 with my ITR swapped EK on 20" slicks and powershift every gear. RMR FTL!

if you're replacing internals might as well go aftermarket with titanium valve springs and retainers. I would trust that a lot more than factory stuff especially if you're going with aggressive cams.

or get one on ebay for like 150 that will do the job and that way you don't have to cut. But I think a 4-2-1 header should fit, I don't like them though, I'd rather spend the extra 150 and run a jdm...

they are quoting you with labor. I just replaced my ball joints on my EF. I took the hubs out and bought both ball joints for like 50 bucks and took them to a machine shop. They charged me 15 bucks....
