hey my buddy has a d16y8 and i need to kno the steps for removing his head cover because i am painting it for him this weekend. can you guys give me some steps to go buy so i dont f somthn up. thanx.

ok heres the deal. my frend has a 2000 civic ex with an d16y8 in it and its got about 103k miles on it. he doesnt know the first thing about how a motor works or how to work on one so i pretty mush...
