front upper control arm civic 2000

Hi there people, i think i have to change my upper balljoint on the right side of my civic.

I though i should change both sides what do you think? Also.. i was wandering, do i have to remove...

d16y7 engine with a d16y8 intake

I am rebuiding a d16y7 with a d16y8 intake and headers... but! Keeping the same
wire harness for the d16y7.

Should i change the fuel rail on the d16y8 intake and swap the d16y7 fuel rail on it?...

Guys, what do you use when removing any suspension bushing on your hondas? A saw an OTC kit on ebay...

crazyguy, i dont understand because i dont know where you guys find room in between the axel and the exhaust. Personaly, i removed the axle... to get the alternator of.. and it was on a civic 93.

Good day guys, so this is my problem:

My step sister has a civic 93 si vtec but, she installed a 2000 si d16y8 but she kept the old intake manifold so all the wirering stays the same to remain...

For your info the motor is a 2000 engine.

Please light up my candle, i have to change the alternator in this car for a friend and by the shop manual it says that i only need to remove the lower mount braket to get it out...

When i will put it into my 2000 civic would i need to have the whole wirering from the d16z6 engine or do i use the one i have right now with my d16y7? I know i need a obd2 to a obd1 conversion...
