Is there coolant in the rubber line on the idle control valve on a 2004 em2

I cleaned the idle control valve....and seems to be running ok...yes there should be coolant I answered my own question

I checked the codes....evap leak and purge flow....should there be coolant in the line on the bottom of the idle control valve?

I changed the plugs after this problem started. I can buy a new fuel filter from advance but it takes almost two weeks to get here and I don't have time for that. My check engine light is on because...

I have a 2004 Honda Civic EX I was driving to work and I stopped at a red light. The car stalled and would not restart unless I held the gas down. Once I got it to start it would either stall again...

Reply a year later...sorry...I've been through hell...my ex took both cars after us separating. I believe she crushed the one but I'm not sure. As long as she is gone that is all that matters.....

Can't use my original usdm harness...it went through a flood. I don't want my plugs to corrode and stuff

I am searched this topic and i am only posting this to confirm what i have read....

I have an OBD 1 Ej1 1994.....i am putting a OBD 2 LS swap from H motors in it...I can use the OBD 2 motor...

Bc I drive an hr and a half each way to work so if I drove it for the next two weeks it would only last one trip to work and then id be towing the thing home

Finally got around to screwing with this car again...compression test results

#1 - 135psi #2 167psi #3 162psi and #4 162psi.....

i didnt do a wet test...

I replaced the thermostat...and i also did an oil change....once i did the oil change i didnt notice any type of milky oil or any type of water in the oil....so i didnt change the head gasket hoping...

Got thermo head gasket antifreeze rad cap and oil change.....ill let ya know results....if not this I got a d15 head at my mothers basement
