o yeah my bad. its a 94 honda accord lx all stock engine. this is a car im working on and it was at the drag strip where i was noticing it, it just doesnt get over 4,000 rpm it trys but doesnt...

do you mean a cold air intake?

is it even worth tuning up, because it has 200,000 miles on it, or does that not make a difference. plus there all highway miles and its a california car.
