thank you ron j you have helped me by making me recheck my wiring i was off by one i was splicing c2 instead of c1 switched the wrong wire to the correct one and boom worked like a charm thank you...

Ok the 02 is denso brand new, I made a harness myself all connections are soldered and the pins on the jumper are good. And what kind of fuel problems?
