lowering with stock UCA's 97 ex

So im was wondering if there are any limitations on how far you can lower 97 ex front upper control arms with the Ksport coilover damper setup? or is it still able to hit the 0-4" mark with stock...

Tranny noises? Y8

So i have recently been having trobles with my tranny on my D16y8, It makes this rubbing sound and stops when you press the clutch in and when it is driving in 1,2,3 it makes this wierd soft grinding...

Ok, That device is refferd to as a "piggy back", as in it alters the signals in your ecu by bypassing the the system wires through the controller and changing the signal readings recived by the ecu....

like 3 out of 5 starts i go to start it and it idles really low and then 5 seconds later it balances out and idels just fine and drives fine its only at initial start up. any ideas would be really...
