everything will need to dry out! wait for a hot day and leave the hood up in direct sunlight. this will dry up all the old moisture. and you can see if it needs to be replaced

wiring issue. check your pin out in the back side of the bulb it should be tight. if not play with it a bit and see if it works. also check the ground for the lights

nippon sells the same off brand wheels, also you get what you pay for in wheels. just remember cheap wheels break on you and your car can pay the price for this.

well more info will be needed. is the car modified? has the car had a tune up? i know the cb7 i have has this issue because it sat for 2 years. after a tune-up and bleeding the brakes the car works...
