to get rid of the rev hand and keep the factory tune, all i did was drop in an exedy stage 1 clutch in my old 2007. she felt like a new car. i'm thinking of doing the same thing to my 2012 coupe.

Isnt the rev hang there because honda has moved over to an electrical throttle response and move away from cable throttle response.

it will work if you have the ignition and key to go with that ecu.

if your car is from 96-98 then its an obd2a, if your car is from 99-00 than its obd2b

you swap is fine. the reason the guy put a jumper is because you are running and obd1 p13 and yes that is the right ecu for the obd1 system

if your are in cali, then the motor needs to be the same...
