thanks for the kind words. whats also stupid is buying the socket and finding out it doesnt fit well.

but i guess since i mentioned odyssey and you said 92-00 civic, he'll have no problem.

yep, all muffin's info is correct. easiest way is to goto a junkyard, with your bumper light in your hand, look for a car that uses a dual filament socket and 1157 bulb. plug it into your bumper...

well besides fuel filter, o2 sensor and spark plug wires. those were already suggested, i would replace those anyway, regardless of a CEL.

do ppl usually replace the ignitor and ignition coil when doing a major tune-up? for the distributor i was gonna replace the cap, cap gasket, rotor, oring, n spark plug wires.

ok then i could only guess its an idle issue. i would just do what you read anyway. clean out the iacv, fitv, then go ahead and do cleaning maintenance on the egr valve, egr ports, and throttle body....

hmm, right after you put the car into gear do you see the idle drop and go back up? and then sometimes it will go low enough to where the car does end up stalling?

no i put the skirts back on, car looks old/incomplete without them. it can be tricky to put back on because you have to make sure you line up the holes and clips together to snap it back...

Turn the steering wheel in one direction or another so ur front wheel is outta the way. remove 1-3 screws, depending if you have splash guards, at the front of the sideskirt. then get on your back...
