I think you are helping just fine. I looked up some recalls and I found one on the ignition switch on the Accord for my year that due to electrical current may overheat and cause a malfunction. ...

My Accord turns 10 years old this year and the engine still runs fine and I plan on keeping it for quite a few more years. I might even repaint the car, original color of course, and possibly redo...
