on my honda accord i have the same issues... the orange/white and solid orange wires are the ones i was told to cut but that did nothing for me...i thik its a defect in honda cuz my mom had the same...

You just saved me about $35 the honda dealer was going to make me pay for the code. WOW! i went to type in the code and i messed up so it locked up. then i went to pull the fuse and that fell inside...
