My idle is slightly worse with the AC on, but the main problem is still there at all times. I will look into the engine mounts and see if that is the problem. Is that an expensive repair?

Did the cleaning of the throttle body help your problem at all? I have the same problem with my 2002 Accord, and have cleaned the IAC valve, fuel injectors and EGR valve with no positive results.
