Timing Belt Slipping.. Help!

when i start the car, i noticed that the timing belt was slipping off the cam gears slowly..

anybody knows whats wrong? is it the tensioner? any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can torque it down. i was working on this jeep and found out that the crank pulley was really loose so i just impact it back on again.

i think you mean ground? hook it up onto the chassis. bolt it down on the chassis. and the positive side onto the fuse panel under the hood and down the the starter.

is it stock height? yea you can put your prelude wheels on the civic. it'll fit 4x100. 17's would still fit your car if you roll the fender.

maybe you're at tdc on the exhaust stroke? try the compression stroke, your dizzy might be 180degree backward. that's the only thing i can think of right now. if you have spark, fuel/air,...

egr tends to get dirty..

as far as jumping the car, how long did you leave it on for? what's the initial battery voltage as of right now?
