Touch up paint isnt going to hide the scrapes but touch up paint from honda should do the trick for you. If you want to make it look like it never happened take 250 grit sandpaper and sand down the...

You do have VTEC EX model d engines are not labeled but the VTEC soleniod should be proof enough for them. If they cant figure it out by that then dont waste your time they prob look at any motor...

Indeed as I stated the SIR they had over there only problem for you is they were hatchbacks but you can still use a few parts from them and paint the rest with a plastic vinyl dye.

The problem with gear selection is because of your throw out bearing or it could be syncro's but reverse doesnt have a syncro so it is most likely due to your throw out bearing. You cant adjust gear...

Id go either exedy stock replacement clutch, Or CC stage one gravity clutch.

Yes you are completely correct I have a 96 civic CX and got a D16Y8, Engine harness, and ECU which are all from a 00 EX.
