compression test

so i did a compression test on my d16. cylinder 1,2,3 is around 150ish. then i went to test #4 and there was nothing. im thinking valve seals. well im taking the valves off tomorrow soo anyone with...

no i am using y8 injectors. i am kinda stump i check the timing like 3 times. every time is like half a tooth or a tooth off...getting soo frustrated. thanks guys for the input...i still need help....
