Car looks good, but the hood needs the weatherstripping that goes by the headlights, because the gaps are huge, and it could some OEM sideskirts and rear to finish off the kit because the front lip...

nice, but the mugen emblem is a little overkill considering the only real mugen parts you have are the resevoir covers and cap.

if you are looking for winter tires then it is better to go with a narrower tire ie 195/55/16 because they work better in the snow

Is it true that ceramic pads need to be warmed up before they reach their optimal effectiveness? So for a daily driver wouldnt be a good choice because you hardly ever heat up your pads much?

depends on if you have another set of wheels already, if the stock wheels are all you have,don't mount winter tires on them and drive them year round, get another set, preferablly 15" and get winter...

I think the difference in rim size and tire height in itself caused most of the difference in feel, there is going to be a big difference in road feel as well as percieved grip, roll etc with that...

Falken ziex 512s are also a popular all season tire to consider. I have a set about to be mounted on my stocks pretty soon that will be used in some snow as well.
