It depends on whether the kit come with a teste pipe or not. Most dont and a test pipe replaces your so its all straight through so you wouldnt need a new cat.

Id rather build a block meant for a vtec head. B20 lacks the oil cooler, crankcase vent, piston squirters, and the block girdle that the type r has. Not to mention the external oil routing required...

I have a sleeved type r block that i bought for really cheap and plan on making a 2.0 and going turbo. I think ill do a stroker kit with the stock bore to keep the sleeves as strong as possible.

If its going to sit like that for some time you should put a light coat of oil on the cylinder walls so they wont rust. Just make sure you wipe it nice and clean before assmbly.

Yea i forgot d-series are the same as well. If you want bigger you wont want stock honda injectors.

Looks like #2 was fring really rich. There isnt even a carbon ring at the top of the cylinder. Other than that they look alright. How many miles are on it?

Any obd2 injectores will work. Are you looking for bigger ones or just replacement? Im pretty sure that all b-series injectors are 240cc and dont differ from the models they are in. Please correct me...
