i readjusted the multimeter to be on 200 now, and not 200k

connecting both the red and black leads together = 00.3
red lead to main relay terminal 7...

i went back and plugged red wired to green/yellow wire in fuel pump connector, black wire to chassis and multimeter stayed at 1.

grounded to chassis and measuring from thick yellow/green which i believe is number 7 (does 6 have to separate green/yellow wires running to it?) ohm reading from 7 was 00.6.

ahh, the link you provided makes much more sense now as to how it relates to the evap system. i'm at work, but went and visually checked the fuse and it looks o.k., however, i will double check it...
