Is it possible to convert my manual windows to power windows?

I have a 98 Civic DX with manual windows. I want to get power windows/lock because its getting annoying having to roll down my window all the time. I was wondering if this was possible to do...

I think i mite jus hotwire my fan with wire but the fan will be on at all times. Is this a good or bad thing to do?

Yea its a stock d16y7. Yea thats what i meant, the thermo sensor. I've checked all my fuses and fan wiring is all right

I'm gonna try what austinkli says and start the car wit the rad cap off and see if it sprays. But my top radiator hose gets kinda hard and gets really hot to the point where i cant even touch it for...
