If you decrease the overlap you will see mid range gains.I cant say for certain how much and you make lose more up top than you would like. But that is the nature of fixed cam timing. I prefer mid...

It's a JDM B20B from 99+, The head is Date stamped 99 if I remember right on mine. I checked it when I bought it. It also has the Knock Sensor which is a indication of the higher Compression B20's...

Didn't notice the humidity, is a little odd. These were printed after the dyno session.

These are the only ones I had available rest are on my Camera.
They where all taken before I ran my dump tube out of my bumper, the very last one is showing the dump tube but the picture sucks.

You might have to call them directly for the same style I have, I bought it through a Ebay auction they had up. It also had 360* seals.
