sorry but bad gas can cause knock which could cause the same issues your describing, Should have had a wideband, this would eliminate any worry or finger pointing

wtf? most stock lips are not painted .. this makes no sence a all ... plus on a car that has black side mouldings and side skirts a painted lip would look out of place more then a painted one would...
