Re: 2004 crv help me need to access starter

I have done lots, you reach up from the bottom. Your going to need some decent tools, they aren't that hard but if you don't have the proper length sockets and extensions and a swivel head ratchet...

Re: HELP! JDM integra Type R 5lug wheel bearing

I Never understood why honda people describe the size of the axles by the size of the socket that removes the axle nuts. Not a normal way to measure a bolt or shaft or nut.

Re: B18C5 - oil and antifreeze mixing

Water in the oil, could be condensation or the start of a leaking head gasket. B series arnt normally bad for doing that like some motors from Condensation

Re: Turbo Manifold builders question

Thank you! I'm not wanting up and forward manifolds but those are nice. My engine bay is too tight for those, even if it did fit it would be like 10 pounds of shit in a five pound bag lol.

Re: Turbo Manifold builders question

"Efficiency doesn't matter"

When most don't make half that power on pump gas I wouldn't say that.

Re: Turbo Manifold builders question

Not really no. A few options and nothing that interests me. If you know of some post them up. Front mount singles bolted to truck manifolds (no room for that) a log passengers side fed from the...

Re: Turbo Manifold builders question

If I had a fab shop around here I would just do that but it's not a option for me. I'm a ok fabricator myself but I'm picky and I know my limits. I could do a single truck mani cross over setup easy...

Re: Turbo Manifold builders question

No no, it's good. Any idea is welcome here. I think with a little layout planing and some work any high quality fabricator could have himself a gold mine if it was promoted on the pro touring/ls...

Re: Turbo Manifold builders question

They Chevy ls has the same ports but you are right in saying people put them in everything and you could be right in chassis fitment issues. I still think if you made a tight package it would fit...

Turbo Manifold builders question

Ok I have left the Honda world (except my Honda powered mini) and moved on to bigger better things. Anyways I am surprised at the quality and limited choices of manifolds when you get away from...

Re: intercooler backdoor fabricating

I've modded every intercooler I have owned, if its new I washed out with a garden hose, if its used I washed with degreaser and a garden hose. Never had a problem.

Re: Ruined my b18c

Either I suck at explaining things or you suck at reading but you missed my point completely. I've done this before twice and it didn't work either time.

Re: Ruined my b18c

The problem with a new keyway is everyone I have seen do that has marked up the crank making the crank mating surface smaller. A new pulley will be a bit loose on the crank and the crank bolt will...

Re: Ruined my b18c

I would never "fix"that. The short block or rebuild with a new crank is the way to go. I wouldn't feel too bad about driving it, by the time you heard a problem the damage was already too far. Even a...
