am running 97 RON.
again 1 psi per pound is just an example...
25 psi means 25 degrees
and a stock NA b16 runs total 25 degrees of timing in the crome(romeditor) table B10
so that is 25-25 = 0...

i get u on that.. for now am running 1 bar of boost and my timing value in the tables is 15.5 degrees for 14.4 psi .. which is about 0.6* per pound of boost retard. no knock and the color change on...

yeh the manifold stays in one piece cus it does not hold the weight of the turbo. see the brackets ive put so the turbo rests on the block not the manifold...

after doing a lot of research ive come up to the conclusion that the t3/to4e 57 trim 0.63 ar is very good match to go with the b16.
ill be pushing around 15 to 18 psi with this turbo on a built...

was out of city, hence the late reply... i will definately want help in choosing and buying a turbo for my project and also fuel injectors, am looking at precision 680s to be the best buy. for fuel...

what if i change the exhaust side with a 0.48 AR of a T3... then it;ll be exhaust 0.48 and intake 0.60AR and a T3/To4B??

ve come across a garrett aiResearch to4b with part number 409300-0026. the exhaust housing reads A/R 1.32 and the intake is 0.60. have really no idea of the trim or anything.
