I got the same problem. At high speeds, the car feels like it could turn a little too easily especially if it hit a bump on the road. Often times, I have to hold the steering column really firm on...

3540 isn't the stock valve on the civic. 3540 is usually screen on the 88-89 integra, and some early preludes. Both these cars have 4 wheel disc. I personally use the one from the 90-93 integra...
