Here is another issue to contend with. Tonight when my g/f and I picked up her car from the body shop, it was completly cold, and start the idle fluctuation when it's cold now.

I'm not sure that this would make a difference, but I recenlty put OEM wires and NGK plugs in the car and tried cleaning the carbon off the rotor and cap, but I realize that can only do so much.

I checked and re-checked vacuum lines today.

It only does this after the car is warmed up.
