Was tryin to put aftermarket wheel/hub on my 92 civic dx and the nut keeps spinning on the steering bolt. What can i do???

hey that 40-42 psi, is that for a stock B18 with a stock fuel pump?

should it be lower since this car has the Walbro fuel pump?
