Checked the ICM and ECU fuses. Battery is connected as normal.

Used a known good battery for all testing.

Tested continuity on the OBD1 to OBD2 converter harness for the ICM pinouts too. Tested good.

Also Tested the yellow/green wire from ECU to ICM, good too.

Don't know what else it could be.

Car was/is Ill. I'm pretty sure at this point it's a wiriing problem too. Somebody is gonna get hooked the **** up!
