Welds seem fine to me. Ive seen welds that look flawless... and they cracked, from a very reputable welder on these forums.

The 2 gauge is fine since the stock is smaller than that. I would double check your grounds throughout the car and make sure they are secure and not corroded. I would try to use a stronger alternator...

The ID1000's are good for about 580-620 range depending on the dyno but with fuel at 100psi base pressure. As for the rear end.. hahaha nothing man. I baby shift this car anyways and am not worried...
