After taking out every relay and then putting it back in it started. So I guess one of them was loose. Thank you filthy_shovel.

Is the fuel pump relay one of these?
This picture is taken with the fuse panel under it and the main relay to the left of it....

ok, I just replaced the ignition fuse under the hood and that wasn't it.

I don't think the fuel pump is coming on. Should I change the ignition fuse under the hood?

I have a question about my little brothers 1990 Accord EX. One day it didn't start, it turns over and it has a spark. I was thinking it was a bad fuel pump fuse but I didn't see a fuse for that. ...

I got the seat out and I have been drilling at the latch to try to get it to release to no avail. Once we drilled a big hole in the latch we tried to poke the insides with a screwdriver but nothing...
