What can also do it is the spent gases coming out of the dump tube. If those gasses are Near the inlet of the turbo on a dyno and the air is not circulating then the gasses go back into the turbo....

well a couple things could help out. Your injectors are not great. A set of saturated 550cc will work better and spray better. A fuel pump is a great fail safe to have as well but is prob working ok...

The ECU works fine, but what you must understand that its not ZC maps just coppied and pasted. I made that map from scratch using an LS map as a base and then started to make changes as I see fit....
