thnx for the help i went to this guy at SuperTuning Performance .. if you live near N. Hollywood or Van NUys u must goto this guy his shops on Oxnard he can do anything you want except engine swaps...

I just changed my oil today and got Valvoline full synthetic AND WOOOOHOOO VALVOLINE RULES! I vote it the best oil IMO. Have had Mobile 1 in past with a V6 Honda Accord didnt see as much difference...

as the topic states what exhaust should i go with so far i have it down to ITR exhaust or Worldsport looking for something quiet any suggestions? best bang for the buck... on a 1996 GSR everything...

i think i just need a valve adjustment also... i hit 100,000 miles i think thats why the loud ticks are there ... so if i have bent valves would my idle be all fucked up cuz right now its at 700-900...
