get a new belt on there and be sure its tight.. then log and see what kind of voltage you are getting.

Ive gotten bad alternators before and it sucks. but thats what sounds like is the issue..

i dont think this motor was tuned all that great. just probably a basic street tune. I wouldnt be suprised if he washed out the rings

well that green circle that you said is the gap... i meant what where the spark plugs gapped at. with no call on anything im guessing there was a slight over rev and bent some valves.

if your speedo doesnt work that means that your ECU isnt recieving a signal from the sensor... and that means it doesnt go to your speedo.

So you either need to get a working speed sensor... or...
