Sounds like the main relay. U can just pop the top of the main relay and check the welds for cracks

Sounds like your timing is off. Timing belt might've jumped a tooth or 2, hopefully no valves are bent

The one thing I wasn't clear on was that the tps and map have the same shape plugs. The ect and iat have the same plugs

It's easy to get them mixed up

Since the b20 and b18 use the same size...

Swap the tps and map wire plugs then swap the iat and ect wire plugs. The only sensor that needs calibration is the tps. Assuming all the wires are still in the same spot in the plugs they came in...

Try and swap the tps and map sensor and swap the other two, same plugs then reset ecu and see if that fixes problem. Sorry I mean wire plugs, tps and map, ect and iat same plugs

i got a generic dual core radiator, 170 t stat, 170 high flow fan, gsr wp on my turbo lsvtec 266whp. aftermarket temp gauge for accurate quick moving temps and i never saw my temps go higher than...

throttle plate sticking? causing high idle, spray brake clean to clean and stop sticking.
passenger side fan is cooling and drivers side is ac cooling

jump the 2 wires and see if it the fan...

obd1 isnt necessary for a dpfi to mpfi conversion. obd1 conversion wont change it to mpfi

from 7300 and up you can try add a little timing

personally i would add fuel up until 7500 only but thats just me

i tuned mine with 1 degree/psi too

oh and look at how low my tq was, my comment was ment to be a see what a worn out tired old motor can still do

like the others are saying, something else is...

it is kinda low IMO

my lsv type r cams/IM did 266whp 160 tq @8psi with whatever turbo that come with ebay kit

when i did my lsv, i used all my stuff and just changed the head,ls wp and lstiming belt then after 30k i swapped to a gsr wp and a gsr timing belt so i know they both fit
