They are both the same spec as far as sizes. The difference comes in the size of the knuckle. For your '00 i would definately go with the Si.

are you looking for the entire console or do you just want them for the amber color? If just for the color, than why not just buy the bulbs from honda. Much cheaper and easier.

you would have to find a place that either has a pit or a ramp that will raise up to the alignment rack. your best bet would be to call or ask around for a shop that can accomodate you. good luck.
