What does everyone think of 1996 Dx with 64,500 miles on it. No wrecks, and only a couple of door dings. I have been given a price of $4800. Too high or what?

Closed dealer for Hondata to me is in Dallas. That is a 2 1/2 hour trip on an untuned car, if driving. I could possibly trailer it down there, but that isn't going to happen.
