Yesterday we finally got it to crank. Pulled a vac line from the intake manifold and it fired right up. 24 he's later it wont crank again. Tried everything from before but no luck. Pretty frustrating

Maybe it's an oil pressure problem. Once the car heats up the pressure drops, so vtec doesn't engagel properly. Maybe the rockers aren't functioning properly for vtec.

I made 430wph at 14.5lbs. Its a great turbo for that power. You don't want a turbo that maxes out at what your peak power. The SC61 has the ability to allow more power if your set up changes.

I would check to make sure you didn't accidently put the wrong caps on the wrong rod. I have done that before and I was getting weird clearances. I checked over it and noticed that I had to rod caps...

have you tried to connect 1 tab to the battery and the other tab to ground and see if the IAC clicks. Im talking about the plug tabs on the IAC and not the harness.

Looks like you have definatly maxed it out at 550. Im sure that mid range dip isnt helping much either.

I just replaced mine with the stock one under the distrubutor. Your stock gauge won't work anymore but it isn't really the most accurate anyway.
