Transmissions and power steering are both known to have issues. If you get one that's no longer under warranty, make sure the power steering TSB has been done.

Nah its pretty flush with the fenders and quarters. I know some people on Odyclub run 20x9 +35 without issues so I think you could even push it to 30mm if you really wanted to. I have yet to rub...

They squeal with light pressure at 60 km/h and at parking lot speeds. This seems to be the trade off yeah, I had a set of 4 pot calipers on my Aristo when I lived in HK and they squealed like mad at...

I highly doubt it as 04 and 05 are different generations. As far as I know, the 2nd gen has way more suspension options compared to mine.

Aside from having to pay the dealer $100 to wake and re-learn the new TPMS sensors, I've had no issues with the wheels/tires at all. I know of a few running 20x9 et35 apparently...

As far as I know, there isn't too much in terms of tuning. These things are known for power steering and tranny issues, so make sure you keep up with maintenance and keep an eye out for problems...
