These will work on 96-00 EK Civics (IGNORE 94-00 Integras in the title - they will not work on integras).

I have a black CTR steering wheel, but it has no airbag/srs. It worked on my 2000 hatch, pretty sure it should work on the EG's too.

The VIN is not stamped into the block - it's stamped into a little metal plate that is bolted down to the block. The block/serial number that is stamped into the block will not help you determine...

The car is not too low - I have 205/50/15 now and there are no rubbing issues. The 195/65/14 is bigger in diameter than the tires/wheels I have now, which is why I wanted confirmation from someone...
