Erratic Idle Issue

I just had my gsr motor rebuilt.
It starts up fine and runs fine. however, at idle, intermittantly,

It depends, chances are if the bike went down and the person died, structurally it isn't too sound to ride back on to begin with unless swing arms, subframe etc have been changed.

Slip on wise, micron is a good brand too believe it or not, deep and not crazy loud

If I purchase a full rebuild kit, what is the average estimated price to have a motor done up.
meaning pistons, rod bearings, head studs, and valve stem seals.
