just got a chance to work on this today. Problem is fixed, however still not sure why it happened. I found which plug comes out the fuse box and unplugged it, found I had power exiting the fuse...

evidently the rear LCAs on the 88 crx and ITR are no different than all other civics and tegs except for weight and strut mounting point. I'm not sure i buy that but that's what everyone is saying....

I pulled apart a JDM b16 wire harness a few weeks ago. The green/white wire i believe feeds 12v to a bunch of different things in the harness. Sorry i can't help more.

nope i first checked the fuse for continuity on both sides of it to make sure it wasn't blown. Then i found continuity from the fuse to the center of the cig lighter. not sure how to check the...
